Payment information
Fees are based on a sliding scale determined by the patient’s monthly income and number of dependents.

We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, and in-state personal checks.

Insurance information
You do not need medical insurance to receive high quality, low cost health care at Planned Parenthood. If you do have insurance, we accept:

• Cal-Optima

• Family PACT

• Medi-Cal

• Private insurance
