What to expect at your appointment

Although every appointment is different, there is a common process that you can expect when you visit Planned Parenthood.

Wait time
If you have an appointment, the usual wait time is between one and two hours. Wait time for walk-ins is usually between two and three hours.

Check-in
You’ll be asked to fill out paperwork when you come in for your appointment. This paperwork usually takes 15 - 20 minutes to complete, but you can speed up the process by printing the forms from this website and filling them out before your appointment. Click here for the forms. You should also have your insurance card and identification ready when you check in. Note: Repeat patients may not have to fill out all of the forms.

Payment
Payment will be collected from you on your way out of the Medical Center. We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard and in-state personal checks.

Donations

Because Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino Counties is a not-for-profit agency, we will ask you for a donation each time you visit. Your donation ensures that low cost, high quality health care will be around for years and generations to come.
