Just call 714.922.4100 (Orange County) or 909.890.5511 (San Bernardino County) of fill out an online appointment request to make an appointment at a health center near you.

For faster service, you can fill out forms BEFORE your appointment and bring them with you to the health center.


No appointment is necessary for:

  • emergency contraception
  • pregnancy tests
  • testing for sexually transmitted infections

Just visit the health center nearest you.

Walk-in appointments are accepted based on the availability of the health center. Not all walk-in appointments may be seen.
